2025 LCMS Youth Gathering July 18th-23rd

St. John's Youth is going a trip to learn more about our faith, worship with 20,000 youth, and have lots of fun at the 2025 LCMS Youth Gathering! We are headed to New Orleans, LA July 18th-23rd for days full of Bible study, break-out sessions, and other fun activities!

The cost of the trip to student/family is $450. We will cover the rest through church donations and fundraising. You can reserve your spot by depositing $200 by October 27th. You can also pay the full $450 at the beginning or pay the last $250 by May 1st. You can pay with debit or credit through this form* or choose $0 to drop off cash or check (please write youth mission trip on memo line) at church.

There may be other forms to fill out for The Gathering with health forms.

We will have arrival and departure details once we have flights purchased but know we will be meeting at church and bussing to the airport.

I authorize the Adult Leader(s) of my son/daughter/ ward’s congregational group to consent to any medical treatment necessary for my child while attending or traveling to and from the LCMS Youth Gathering.
