2025 LCMS Gathering Scholarship Form

St. John's Youth is going on a special trip this year to the LCMS Youth Gathering in New Orleans, LA! We recognize that $450 can be substansive and especially affects those in low-income and multiple-youth families. To help offset this, we have a limited number of scholarships. The maximum scholarship that can be awarded is for half of the registration cost ($225). This application must be completed by October 30th to be considered for these funds. Fund dispersion is based on number of applicants and availability.

All information on this form is considered confidential and will be reviewed by the Youth Board. This information will be treated confidentially. The information will be used only for eligibility determination and verification and then destroyed.
