Alaska Mission Trip 2024 Scholarship Form

St. John's Youth is going on a special mission trip this year to Alaska! We recognize that the jump in price from $250 a youth to $850 is substantial and especially affects those in low-income and multiple-youth families. To help offset this, we have a limited number of scholarships. The maximum scholarship that can be awarded is for half of the registration cost ($425). This application must be completed by October 31st to be considered for these funds. Fund dispersion is based on number of applicants and availability.

All information on this form is considered confidential and will be reviewed by the Youth Board. This information will be treated confidentially. The information will be used only for eligibility determination and verification and then destroyed.
